Head Injury

Head injury is a serious medical condition caused by trauma to the scalp, skull, or brain due to accidents, falls, sports injuries, or violence. Head injuries can range from mild concussion to severe brain injury requiring emergency surgery. Immediate medical evaluation is very important to prevent brain damage and life-threatening complications.

Our trauma and neurosurgery team provides emergency care, brain injury management, surgery, and rehabilitation for all types of head injuries.

Head injury can cause bleeding inside the brain, which is a life-threatening condition and may require emergency surgery.

Types of Brain Bleeding

  • Epidural Hematoma
  • Subdural Hematoma
